Flail mower VFLAH175
The VFLAH175 flail mower comes with hydraulic side shift and mounts on the rear three-point linkage (Cat. 1) of mid-sized tractors. Hardened cast flails shred the cuttings so they rot down quickly, and the machine copes with long grass and strawy material too. Skids and a ball-bearing-mounted rear roller set the cutting height, while swinging flaps at the front hold back stones. The side shift runs off a double-acting ram, so the tractor needs a spool valve.
The VFLAH175 flail mower has a working width of 175 cm and needs 30hp – 55hp. It weighs 350 kg.
