Flail mower VFLA175
The VFLA175 flail mower mounts on the rear three-point linkage (Cat. 1) of mid-sized tractors. Four rows of hardened cast flails around the drive shaft shred the cuttings and speed up rotting, even in tall, bushy or strawy material. The heavy-duty angle gearbox runs with a freewheel, and the high, fast discharge keeps rot at bay; side skids and a ball-bearing-mounted rear roller set the cutting height.
The VFLA175 flail mower has a working width of 175 cm and needs 30hp – 55hp. It weighs 294 kg.
