Flail mower VDA200
The VDA200 flail mower is a flail mower for rear three-point mounting, Cat. 2, on heavy tractors from 50 to 90 hp. The hydraulic side shift works off a double-acting ram and needs a spool valve on the tractor. Hardened cast flails shred the material, while the heavy rear roller and freewheel gearbox throw the mulch out fast and spread it loosely; skids on each side set the cutting height and galvanised flaps at the front hold stones back.
The VDA200 flail mower has a working width of 199 cm and needs 50hp – 80hp. It weighs 450 kg.
