The MK1300+Box Offroad is an electric vehicle in off-road specification with a 48-volt AC motor and rear-wheel drive through a gear transmission with differential running in an oil bath. The aluminium chassis carries bumpers front and rear; at the front it runs independent suspension with twin hydraulic shock absorbers, at the rear coil springs with shock absorbers. Power comes either from a maintenance-free AGM pack or from lithium batteries; the charger is built in. Equipment includes Bluetooth and radio, an inductive phone charging tray, storage compartments and a plastic roof.
